Taking the first step is often the hardest step. We live in a culture where we're expected to be 10 steps ahead at all times, so to not know  where to begin can be incredibly overwhelming. On the other hand, if we can see this discomfort as a catalyst for change, it can be the most exciting opportunity for our future.
